Booking Conditions

• If any guests have specific dietary requirements or allergies Miller’s Wood Play Village will need to know 7 days before the party.
• Charge per child is £12.50
• Final numbers to be confirmed 7 days before the party.
• Full payment to be sent 7 days before the party.(Invoice with online payment link will be sent.)
• We ask for a £50 Deposit, payable via online link when we receive completed booking form.
• This deposit is non-refundable and will secure date and time of the party.
• We reserve the right to take photos for promotional purposes. Please advise on the day if any children do not want to be photographed
