Booking Sessions

Our play sessions are pre-bookable online and run at set times throughout the day with a fixed duration. There are a pre-defined number of spaces available at each session.  We close for a small amount of time in between each session to reset the areas and clean.  

We advise that you book online, to avoid disappointment.

Opening times

We are currently open weekends and school holidays only.

Session 1        10-12 Noon

Session 2           1- 3pm

Sessions are two hours long.  Shortly before time is up, we will ring a bell to indicate it is time to start getting ready to go. We do encourage parents and children to help tidy up a little with us, it also acts as cue to the children that their session has ended preventing tears.

Who can Play?

Miller’s Wood Play Village has been specifically designed with younger children in mind. Confident walkers to aged 10 (although all children are welcome especially if they enjoy role play.)

Food and Drink

We sell hot drinks, cakes and snacks.

We have a covered seating area where you can relax and watch the children play.

We are situated in rural area please drive carefully in the village when approaching and leaving Millers Wood.

Car Parking

There is ample car parking on site, follow the signs on entry to the premises. 

Cars must only be parked in the designated car park. 

Please make sure all children stay in the car park or play village and don’t wander into other buildings on site.

Pet and Animal Feed Store (G Howsam & Son Ltd)

Please feel free to visit the Pet and Animal feed store on site selling a wide range of pet and animal feed.

Alongside a small selection of biscuits, jams and stoneground flour.
